You’ve done it! The ring is on your finger. Now the planning begins. One of Somerset’s prestigious wedding venues, Rookery Manor, is hoping to make life that little easier for you.
The family-run business based near Weston-super-Mare has launched its refreshing new-look brochure which has changed the way you tailor your perfect wedding day. Brides and grooms no longer have to fit into a pre-defined package and can now create their own bespoke wedding package giving them complete freedom for their perfect day. From a sit down meal to afternoon tea; the choice is theirs, each aspect as individual as they are as a couple.
Their 2017 refresh will soon see the launch of Rookery’s brand new website. They also have the exciting addition of the highly prestigious Rolls Royce Dawn to their wedding car collection. One of very few in the country this celebrity favourite can be hired by the bride and groom to give them an ‘A-lister’ experience for the day.
With wedding coordinators who liken themselves to Jennifer Lopez from the hit film ‘The Wedding Planner’, their fully stocked bum-bags are at the ready for the bridal party. With items such as a needle and thread, mints and tissues; they are by your side every step of the way, helping with any last minute butterflies or nerves.
Rookery Manor will be holding their first wedding fayre of 2017 on Sunday 29th January, 10:30am-4:30pm, at their award-winning venue. Entry is free to attend and there will be in excess of 25 exhibitors on hand to offer their expertise to help craft a day as unique as the couple themselves, as well as a chance to view the new Rolls Royce addition.
There will be make-up and contour wraps being demonstrated by the onsite Rookery Spa team, showcasing the bareMinerals makeup range and luxury Elemis skincare products that the spa offers. As well as this Rookery’s bridal boutique will be displaying their exclusive bridal gowns from the likes of Essence of Australia, Maggie Sottero and the new designer to their collection, Olvi’s.
Fear not grooms (and brides!), Thatcher’s will also be hosting a tasting experience, so if you are feeling parched after being ushered around the show by your partner, they will be there to quench your thirst with a pint of Somerset’s finest.
Rookery Manor will also be offering couples who book their wedding at the exhibition a romantic meal, overnight stay and breakfast on their first anniversary, to help celebrate their first year of wedding bliss.
